Easter Sunday dim sum

Going out for "yam cha" on a Sunday has been a lifelong family tradition and I am lucky to live near enough to Liverpool to enjoy the specialist Chinese restaurants serving delicious dim sum.  Due to the lockdown, today's treat is comes courtesy of M&S and is served at home with my own chilli sauce on rice-pattern crockery.
