Fishing before isolation

Revisiting a photo from my Amtrak trip in 2019 because it shows two people on the Colorado River, splendidly remote and beautiful.  It is a struggle these days to live in wonderful North Wales, knowing that this would not count as a reasonable way to spend a few hours outside your own home.

I know that we are following the science for the Covid-19 lockdown,  but I long for the day when common sense applies.  The simple message to stay home is fine with me for a few weeks while we figure out a better long-term approach.  What if we need to control the spread of infection for months?  Years?
