Easter Tradition

Growing up we used to spend Easter with our friends in Ferrrara, and traditionally for Easter lunch we would have 'Capelletti in Brodo'. Capelletti is similar to Tortellini, but better according to our friends. We spent Easter with them last year, and this year just to keep the tradition alive Bernie and I decided to make capelletti.  In the extra I have the full day production of filled pasta: capelletti and ravioli.  Have a nice Easter everyone, and thanks for stopping by and the stars and comments.
