Fresh from the strawberry patch

I picked up this bucket of strawberries when I was out yesterday and Oh My Yummy! You know how those first berries of spring are always the best tasting! Especially right at the berry patch! I thought I would freeze some of these but there will be no need! I will eat them all in a few days. Breakfast, lunch and supper! Snacks! Strawberry cheesecake!

A quiet day here with a long walk this morning. I should have gone to the forest for a hike but Saturday is not usually a good day because too many others are out on the trails.
