Tomatoes and cucumbers

We have found that the neighbours along Beehive Lane have become quite chatty as we all see each other every day now!
Colin has given me some tomato and cucumber plants for my greenhouse. They didn’t enjoy the walk back up to ours very much as there was a bit of a wind blowing but I have potted them and I think they will be fine.
I had a rest from heavy gardening today as I have been overdoing it rather. But I can see that the plants appreciated being watered yesterday and have perked up. It’s a bit crazy having to water after the terrible wet weather we had, but there’s no sign of rain any time soon.
