Buzzing Bush

Yesterday I failed to find an excuse not to weed.  This morning it was wet and drizzly so off I went to the greenhouse to catch up on some things and sow even more seeds.  I am headed for a glut of plants but that is a good thing.  the weather improved and the weeding recommenced.
The flowering currant but is just dripping with blossom; it looks splendid and, so far, without the distinctive aroam which categorises these plants.  A couple of years back we had to cut down an ash tree along from the bush.  It clearly is not missing the fallen ash.
