Last day of the scaffolding
Both G and J have been putting having the scaffolding in situ for longer than strictly necessary to good use. J uses it as a general climbing frame. They are coming tomorrow to take it down.
The weather remains glorious. If it were a normal Easter Holiday from school it would be fantastic. But even within the confines of our house and garden it is pretty good. I spent most of the day in the garden with the children joining me on and off. They spent most of the time they were both out there bickering about who was on the trampoline and whether they should have a water fight. B eventually retreated inside to read a book in my bed. I got the narrow beds by the lawn cleared of weeds and last year's dead plants. It looks a lot better.
