Aggressive pruning

We were shocked to see this poor tree being cut back so aggressively on Monday.   This afternoon we met up with the ChiangMai General Manager for the condominium consortium.  He was shocked and not at all happy.   Later we saw our manager, she admitted to being in trouble, and explained that Monday had been her day off, she had left instructions with her staff.  Unfortunately the gardener did not speak  much Thai and the other staff do not speak Burmese.  Need I say more.   It will grow back, providing we get rain from May to August.  

No increase in cases of the virus in Chiang Mai.   There has been a significant rise in the use of single use plastic bags.
