Fresh fruit

After enjoying a Beautiful meal of crab meat rolls, spicy prawns and fried lettuce, we decided to finish off with some fresh fruit.  We were definitely not expecting it to arrive over smoking dry ice.  The other wonderful surprise was the salt and chilli ice cream which was amazing.   There was also plum ice cream.  Well they were more sorbets really.  Just as we were about to leave the restaurant the manager came over and handed us small cups of green juice, the juice was delicious and was a mixture of fruit and herbs.  He told us it was to help settle our stomachs against the pollution.  It certainly tasted lovely and felt very soothing.
