Shark!

As I am the girlfriend of a maths teacher (for my sins - geddit, as in sin cos and tan?! Bam!) I got to go to Deep Sea World for free this afternoon.

If you have young children, and you ever think they are badly behaved, just go to Deep Sea World at the weekend and you'll come away thinking your children are angels. That aside, it was an enjoyable way to spend the afternoon, and I got some alright photos.

Whilst this probably isn't the best of them technically, it is sort of interesting.

Sharks are my biggest fear. The thought of treading water when you can't see what's beneath you, or being circled by sharks makes me feel sick. Despite what Leonardo diCaprio says in The Beach, there is no way you are going to take on a shark and live to tell the tale.

I don't know how dangerous sand tiger sharks are, but I have no desire to ever be near them without 6cm of glass between us.
