The interior of the continent

Flying all the way across Australia today from Perth to Sydney we had wonderful views over the interior. It wasn't always easy to know what we were looking at. I believe that these are salt pans.

As we flew in Sydney we could see the Opera House from far off, standing proud like a huge shell.
