The Blackout

Back Blip

Landed myself a trial shift at the Liquid Rooms in Edinburgh. I photographed the Blackout who are a British band. With all the sub-genres of Rock/Metal these days I don't really know how to classify them.

Anyway with my new Lightroom 4 purchase I've finally got down to editing them. This image required very little editing - a pretty epic shot captured purely at the right time. The lighting was TERRIBLE for photographing. It flashed different colours every second so I had to be really quick in composing an image and getting some action at the same time.

Oh also I have made myself a website. The photography from this gig is slowly being uploaded!
