George Harrison’s home in Esher

Day16- This was the most difficult to find of any blue plaque so far! A good location for George Harrison to live hidden away up a little lane in Esher very near Claremont Fan Court School. It was a sprawling bungalow called Kinfauns but was rebuilt several years ago into a large house... it is now called ‘High Walls’ and has very high walls and a big gate !

Task today
- bike ride to Esher and back, cycled along the towpath past Hampton Court...lovely spring bulbs flowering in the gardens there visible through the big gates and no visitors.
- thorough clean of the kitchen and turned out the dry good cupboard
- made some Easter cards and packed up a couple of Easter parcels to send to grandchildren and great nieces/ nephews
