Harris has started purring as soon as his harness is on - the anticipation of getting out pleases him no end. It doesn't stop him trying to get out of the door even when the harness isn't on, but he's definitely come to realise the harness means it's definitely happening.

Global legal team call at work today, with a not-entirely-serious lecture by me on the famous delict case of Donoghue v. Stevenson, which seemed to go down well. The word 'mellifluous' was used afterwards... (Americans love a British accent).
