Everyone, for your kind supportive comments on my blip yesterday. I realise today that my low mood was a direct result of downstairs' new toy – it's a percussion machine. Joy!
Yesterday I was accompanied all day by the final bar from the EastEnders theme tune. Today they have learned how to do military marching. Hopefully they will soon progress to some African rhythms. Otherwise I shall have to kill them.

I didn't need anything from Sainsbury's today so I took a proper walk in the late afternoon sunshine and spotted lots of rainbows and bears in ground-floor windows as well as this brand new flag.
