new neighbours

Here are the new neighbours I was talking about in Monday's blip. These are the young males, who followed me on my walk up the garden this morning. They are no respecters of social distance (see extra). The ladies are usually to be found with the bull. It's going to be fun having them all around for the summer and sad when their time comes to move on. How anybody could even contemplate these lovely curious and friendly animals as a source of food is beyond my ken.

The day has passed by as usual. Jess and I went for a longer walk today. We said hello to a cyclist as she whizzed past, but that was it. D is making the tea tonight and he is trying out a new recipe...that's something to look forward to :-)
