Frilly ruffles

Too late to bed last night, but even then I could not get off, still awake as the clock tripped from 1.10 to 2.10......but I made up for it this morning, listened to the 10am news on the radio, then got up :-0 !!!

Blowing a gale this morning and really cold!
Heating on in the summerhouse, so we could have morning coffee sat outside, in, if you get me ;-) We are so pleased that we have this little escspe, as a change of scenery from indoors at the moment.

We have a variety of daffs dotted around the garden...I think this lovely creamy white one is probably my fav, deserving of its day in the bliplight!

Lunch was homemade soup with a coronation chicken sandwich. We caught up with a couple of close friends on social media and over the phone,p.

A mix of crushed coriander seeds, black pepper, bay leaf, sea salt & olive oil smeared on a leg of pork then into the oven for dinner this evening, before going out for our daily exercise.

We did 7500 steps, along our top road, past the farms, saw some little spring lambs, so cute, going to take my camera next time! It was really windy and cold, very glad of our thicker coats!!

On return, found the crackling very crispy, shredded the pulled pork, with a blueberry bbq sauce, side salad and a crispy jacket potato for dinner.....so tasty!!

Tv tonight, again, at least there are a couple of things on worth watching :-)
