A very full on day at work, so unlike the week so far. It’s all Covid-19 related work now and will be for a long time to come. Still, it feels good to be busy and contributing. 

After work we went for a sunset stroll along the river. I’ve only been out of the flat once a day so I really appreciate the lovely spring weather (sorry my Edinburgh friends). Whilst the walk itself is lovely, a few too many other people for comfort have the same idea. We will try other times of day. 

It was, however, truly heartening to join with neighbours and strangers in applauding the NHS and other public service workers. Oh, how we need them both!
