A very busy day in my new little office, with a flurry of emails that all seemed to be urgent. I’m grateful the weekend is at hand. 

Just so I remember, today the Prime Minister and English Health Secretary both tested positive for Covid-19, and the English Chief Medical Officer started to self-isolate. 

After I finished up we went for our daily walk. The sunshine was glorious but at times it felt uncomfortable with insufficient distancing (not in this blip). This lockdown is going to be harder than I thought.
