Happy Birthday To Me!

A birthday like no other but enjoyable nonetheless. 

This loaf was baked by my son, assisted by my little granddaughters - delivered to my doorstep this morning on their daily walk. It was delicious with cream cheese, smoked salmon and black olives!

Mum and I managed an afternoon walk by the beach in the sunshine. There were a couple of police leaving the beach as we arrived - there weren't too many people, so there was plenty of space to exercise away from everyone else, as you can see in my b&w journal
