Ride Out

All day on the bike today which has been wonderful.Liverpool up to Ulverston for a full English breakfast.A ride along the coast to Bardsea and a walk up to the Birkrigg Druids Circle above Bardsea.A great walk with some stunning views.
A ride along the coast to Barrow with a stop at ST.Cuthberts church in Aldingham.A 12 century church that is listed in Durham Cathedral as one of the places the body of St Cuthbert rested when the Angles fled the Danes.
The crocked chancel arch is not a building mistake but was made to represent Christ with his head leaning.

I have had trouble with the throttle of the Honda sticking open.If I can't spot the problem I will bring it up at the first service.

All in all a rather spiritual day in many ways.
