Roy running away...

...from all the C-19 updates...
Good job I don't mind being all by myself round the reservoir ;) 
Had a series of cancellations this morning - haircuts, podiatry appointments, dentist for me and Roy's digital diagnostic diabetic eye test. Not unexpected.
Roy made some carrot and coriander soup and I made some coleslaw.
A quick trip out for a walk/run - I even broke into a trot occasionally ;) 
This afternoon we did the crossword over Skype with Sue and Dave.
Life goes on - but not as we know it Jim...

Actually we know we are very lucky - living in a village we can get out for a walk, the shops are mostly stocked up, and at the moment we can ease into the sort of relaxed days we have when we are at home anyway. All we are missing is the gadding about we normally do. 
Hearts go out to anyone living on their own, or having the kids on lockdown at home!
And obviously big thanks to all in the NHS and other essential occupations - we owe you big-time!
