A day of driving and only one photo

We left California in the rain this morning, and drove 700 miles in 11 hours. Traffic was very light, but the rain continued and turned to snow in Flagstaff, Arizona. We are overnighting in Gallup, New Mexico with expectations of a shorter and sunnier drive home tomorrow.
We stopped for lunch in Needles, CA, the alleged home of Snoopy’s brother, pictured here. He is taller than I am so I couldn’t get a full view of his face.
