Sleepy lambs

Today was so gloomy and my mood and energy level matched the weather conditions. Then this afternoon it cleared up a little bit, so we rode into Colonial Williamsburg where we found these little lambs in a small pasture with their mom. They really brightened my day.

It was so strange how quiet and empty Colonial Williamsburg was without any tourists. There was virtually no traffic on the roads or in the parking lots of all the businesses that are closed.

In Virginia we have had 254 positive cases of COVID-19 and 7 deaths. Unfortunately, the numbers continue to increase everyday.

Today, the governor announced that all Virginia schools will remain closed for the remainder of the school year and all non-essential businesses are to close for the next 30 days.
