Nonetheless

They were up and fluffy when I took them out of the oven.
I tried my best to capture it.
However between getting it quickly out, setting up with props and grabbing the camera the precious seconds were flowing ...
Cheese Soufflés nonetheless to say, perfect use of eggs for lunch :P
