Watching the Sun Rise

I went down to the lake to watch the sun rise.  Quite pretty I thought.  Because there was no church today, I watched 'Hymns on Sunday on TV.  My favourite this morning is 'To God Be the Glory''.  I went for a stroll, saw a few friends from the walking group.  We stood apart, and spoke loudly to each other!!  Another short walk this afternoon in the beautiful sunshine.  

I have just heard that Wanaka has it's first case of Covid-19.  Oh dear!

No walking group tomorrow, but I am expecting a load of firewood.  That will keep me busy stacking it in the wood shed.  P.S.  The load of firewood has arrived.  Tomorrow is another day.
