Change of plan

We were planning to get to the allotment today but the day didn’t turn out as sunny as promised. It will still be there tomorrow.
We were in for deliveries. A beautiful bouquet from Matthew’s mummy for Mother’s Day. And some fizz which will open tomorrow.
I have felt a bit underwhelmed by Mother’s Day since my mum died 11 years ago but I’m rethinking it. Counting myself lucky that I have such a wonderful set of daughters. Sorry not to be with them this year.
