Lots of new growth.
Yoga teacher gave us an hour long session on Zoom.  New experience for me and had to borrow tablet from my son as couldn't set it up on mine.
Strange to lie on a mat on my sitting room floor and watch a screen for instructions.  Good to also see the other participants.
Sometimes technology can be useful!
E-mail from Gym to say they will not be taking monthly subscription debit from my account until the gym re-opens - wasn't expecting that!
