We will get to the other side

My mom died in 2005. Today, she would have been 101.  What is the message behind this double rainbow that she sent to us today on her birthday? 
It also happens to be the day  our Governor,  ordered the entire state of California to shelter in place until mid April.
Knowing my mom, I think her message is, "Don't be discouraged.  Do the right thing. Be smart. Keep a cool head. We will get to the other side."
