cocoon required

So much for little ones to process at the moment and this one has responded like a caterpillar - curling up in whichever cocoon she can find. But at this point she was perfectly happy reading on the big bed provided a parent was nearby. My heart is full when I see her reading!

Today would have been the Mother’s Day afternoon tea at school and Zeke was really sad to miss it (as was Mummy). Daddy to the rescue - he helped Zeke write out a menu and bake scones to serve to us all. Too cute! I was glad of the carby deliciousness.

Gratefuls:

1. The kindness of Zeke and Daddy;
2. The fact Eve now adores school and doesn’t want to miss it;
3. Video calls which make home working quite sociable.
