Weathering the storms

Another intermittent day of rain and sun. It was a good day for cooking! A new recipe and tweaking another. Tony was home early from golf (rain!) so we had a late lunch/early dinner. I think I might like this.

The poppies seem to be keeping their heads up through all this rain.

I am grateful to have more contact (virtually and phone) with friends and family these days. Not having a busy life has its' rewards.
