Dentist

Not too breezy as the tide was out so our walk today was along Channel side. 
Nipped in to Tesco as we thought the fish counter was open but it's closed..because of the Current Situation. We did find some pre packed fresh fish luckily. There's plenty of fresh fruit and veg.. obviously the panic buyers aren't into healthy eating and we managed to come home with what we needed.

This afternoon I went up to Ulverston to my dentist. The practice is run by a woman from Sweden and these Dala horses are her all round the room. I m not sure if they are for good luck. I hope so.

I'm not the best patient. I always feel as if I'm going to choke and my saliva is over produced. But Steve is the best dentist I've ever had..so gentle and patient and understanding..worth going out of town to see him. I'm also grateful that he's still working in what must be the frontline as regarding having close contact ! 
I survived the half hour and drive home via the Coast Road.. for some scenic tranquility.
