Small pleasures

Fellow dogwalkers maintaining over a metre distance when conversing and walking.  The rec on Wednesdays is usually filled with the home-schoolers having outside exercise with a local group that run sports activities, today they were absent. 
The lichen was particularly striking in colour and form.
Shopping in town later where streets were far less populated and the Doc Martin shop was closed due to cv19. Couldn't get any noodles for tonight's stir fry,   Extra shows depleted supply.  No loo rolls, pasta, rice, tinned tomatoes, potatoes, carrots and other tinned food. Wish these panic buyers would desist.
Luckily had a half opened bag of noodles at home.
Street book group cancelled; we have some vulnerable people in it. Through a neighbour suggestion I started up a WhatsApp group for those interested in the road who are self-isolating.
