Tree planting

I've been working in the garden during the day today then this afternoon F arrived to help me plant the crab apple tree in my front garden. He added a bit of extra scaffolding as it was a bit wobbly with just the stick that was supporting it.  

He had called at Sainsbury's to get a few food items but there were huge spaces where goods should be.  He couldn't even get basics like carrots and potatoes.  Everyone needs a little extra just in case but the extent of this panic buying is ridiculous.
