Crumbs

I ordered a 20kg sack of chick crumb from the local farm supplier several weeks ago. I spoke to them on Friday and it still hadn’t arrived. So, onto the Internet and, for less cash 25kg arrived today. Crazy.

No sign of chicks, though. Could be 100% failure ;(

I clear a patch below the polytunnel for some outdoor crops. Nick and I spend the afternoon pulling docken roots inside. Ready for compost.

After tea, I send in a seed order.
