"Snowman !!! Don't make me laugh"

Dad was really tickled by this headline, he reads newspapers, any newspapers, many times over every day especially if he can't get out for a walk. It made him laugh that if folks built a snowman with the snow that's just fallen then we won't have floods when temperatures improve in the next few days !! Priceless !!!
