Marmalade fly
Firstly thank you all for your hearts and stars yesterday for my 2555th blip i am truly humbled by how much everyone cares, I will get round to replying to all the comments over the next few days.
It has been quite spring like today and once again I stalked my front garden looking for the Hairy- footed flower bees, and once again they were too fast for me!
In the end I found this sweet little marmalade hover fly , a type that can be found in the garden almost all the year round if the weather is warm enough, but a welcome sight none the less.
After little success in the front garden I moved to my muddy back garden where Percy assisted me in my search - see extra!
Grateful today for -
More lovely weather
The return of insects into my life.
