Telephone wire

Missed the parkrun. 

Didn't go on the treadmill. 

Spent most of the morning and early afternoon on the internet - ordered a new fridge freezer as the one we have is rubbish.

We eventually decided to go out for a walk round the block - this was my only photo of the day. But there's an annoying telephone wire running across the photo.

Fell asleep in the chair with a cup of coffee in hand.

A miserable 5,802 steps - the lowest step count in over 3 years

I must get motivated to exercise again.
