Ringstone Reservoir

I didn't sleep at all well Thursday night but fortunately had a day off work today. 

I managed a quick 10 km on the treadmill although it did involve a bit of quite a bit of coughing and spluttering.

Drove up to Scammonden late afternoon for a bit of sunshine and fresh air (see the extra from the bridge looking over towards the Dark Side).

The main blip is Ringstone Edge reservoir which is about three miles up the road from home.

On Radio 4 this morning Patrick Vallance indicated that a "key" government aim is be to "build up some kind of herd immunity so more people are immune to this disease and we reduce the transmission. This makes me even more nervous.
