Don't panic!

We still had access to the car so we decided that as G was off work this evening, we'd do our weekly shop.

Whether due to panic buying, people picking up a couple of extra things with their usual shop or the beginnings of supply chain issues, the shelves were distinctly lacking. Pasta, rice, flour all pretty much sold out, tins were getting low, various fruits and veggies were nowhere to be seen and I had to choose some alternative meat options. (We didn't stray in to the hand wash aisle but I imagine it was empty!)

Normally there is a whole section of reduced items. Today, just this one sad lonely celeriac. I didn't buy it because we may be heading towards desperate times but I'm not that desperate yet!
