Looking up... ?

The feverish flu symptoms are gone. Just coughing, a sore throat and headache now. Still really weak and unable to do much, though.

I managed to have a shower and get dressed and do an online grocery order but as the day went on I coughed more and more and by the evening was unable to eat anything and became quite upset. Talking and moving is almost impossible - I simply cough and cough.
The inability to communicate properly with my family is frustrating and heartbreaking. Everything seems pointless.

Went to bed early but coughed all night and hardly slept.
