Back To The Trail

We were excited as snow fell throughout our first day on the mountain, although low cloud created poor visibility and challenging skiing. Even though we have been here many times before and know our way around, the conditions made everything look different.

I love seeing fresh snow in great dollops on the conifers and I get a real sense of isolation lost in the trees searching for a way back. It's so quiet.
