Gone with the Wind

I was a bit more realistic in what I expected to find on my walk today, so I wasn't disappointed. Again, if it hadn't been for the strong winds, it would have been a lovely morning. I really don't like windy weather. It's hard to hold your binoculars and camera steady, the wildlife seems to go to ground, and even if there are things out and about, seeing movement is impossible as the vegetation is moving about so much. 
At least I saw a couple of Rooks. Such wise-looking birds. My favourite of the crow family.
