Vegetarians look away

Today I attempted to cook German pork knuckles. It took a while, but we were all pretty happy with the result. Made sauerkraut too :).

And this really is the only pic I’ve taken today, and a few more during the roasting process. I put them back in the oven to get the skin a bit more crispy.
