Coconut goodness

Baking day again! I have been flicking through some of my many baking books, gifts from family over the years. It’s great to now be able to try some more of the recipes without having to eat everything ourselves!
I made some coconut macaroons and then to use the remaining coconut milk I found a moist sounding cake recipe, which looks great!
Rob kindly tested the macaroons for me and gave them the thumbs up!
