Little Dancer of Fourteen Years

We attended a lecture this afternoon given by the curator of the newly opened exhibit at the National Gallery of Art, "Degas at the Opera."  Afterward, we viewed the exhibit.  This very famous wax sculpture by Degas is part of the National Gallery's permanent collection as well as a highlight in this exhibit. 

When we were done at the Gallery, we walked north and had dinner and then attended the Wizards basketball game.  It was a long day.
