York

After an early start, I arrived at York station by 11:30am to be met by Little Miss :-)

We decided to walk around some of the less familiar parts of the wall from Micklegate Bar to Walmgate Bar in glorious sunshine whilst catching up with each other.
Little Miss even knew of a coffee shop built into Walmgare Bar where we sat outside on the top enjoying a welcome drink :)

After a bit of shopping and a lovely lunch we walked back to her student ‘digs’ to meet up with some of her housemates!

Dinner out in the evening and then I checked into my lodgings for the night having covered 16,000 steps :)
