Nice Light

It was a lovely morning - but slightly frosty - when PD and I went out this morning and I got a couple of closer shots of the blackthorn blossom.
Unfortunately it hadn't been a hoar frost - just a light one.
As PD and I neared home we were watched by a couple of cats - one upstairs and one downstairs. When we got home this one was lying on the settee with his head on the footstool …… in the sun. Talk about living the high life.

SWMBO and I had to go and sit for the monsters for a while after they got out of school as Bags was going to be out and there was an engineer due to come and change a faulty gas meter.
Guess who never turned up.
