Fairy Dell

Today's walk started at Lochranza and we wound our way around the coast towards the Cock of Arran. We spent a considerable amount of time looking for Hutton's Unconformity. On past visits we missed it completely, but there is a helpful sandstone sign there now..even so, what should be overwhelming was underwhelming, I'm sorry to say.

I did like this wee cottage, further along the path, at a place called Fairy Dell :-)
