Winter lights

At first I thought that these lights in the village were Christmas lights. Then I saw the Bonne Année Happy New Year sign at the beginning of the village. With twelfth night long gone and February fast approaching, I wonder when these lights will come down. The Mairie is probably fairly relaxed about it as they seem to be about many things. I remember last year seeing christmas decorations in shop windows in the spring but this comes nowhere near the English pub I remember whose modest Christmas decorations were permanent over many years.
